Finance value is not only important for the macro level also it is also having same its importance in it micro level too.

Financial Management :- Financial Management word is related with the financial system of those organization which are made or established for earning the profit , and management word is used for manage its all the resources . In simple words we can understand financial management like as an activity which is used for maintaining its all finance related function in the organization.

Now a day’s financial management attracts its managers to use its in optimum level, which mean taking the finance through its different sources in the minimum cost and using this in efficient manner so that organization can get the maximum benefits from it. Efficient management of the finance helps in maximizing the shareholders wealth.
